Wednesday Run

Managed to get out for a 5K workout yesterday afternoon just to see where comfortable race pace for me at this point should be.  Did a relatively flat out-and-back road route similar to what I will see this summer.  Felt great the whole way which is the first time I can say that in a while.

Here's the N8 run data:
3.1 Miles
20:07 (6:18 pace according to watch but slightly slower than this)
9.5 mph avg
181 bpm avg (201 max)

Team practice was cancelled yesterday and moved to today...will be heading to Woodside practice instead this afternoon to work with the guys.
