Mid Week Update

Had our first day of spring practice on Monday.  The weather was great, so I got there early to warm up and enjoy it.  First 30 minutes we did skill work and a new and improved version of the circuit with no rest periods.  Lots of guys were sucking wind but that will hopefully improve in the coming weeks.  Had class during practice so had to leave early and go to that.

Tuesday no practice but did a quick afternoon lift during my lunch break with Colin: bench, chinups, abs, and dips.  Our Woodside team had the privilege to play under the lights at CNU last night and I'm enjoying the coaching opportunity...I believe with time this team will be exponentially better...for now it's a good project.
