Sunday Cool Down

Woke up and got a good recovery run in with Colin this morning. Good prep for the week of practice ahead and to loosen up from yesterday's work:
2.0 miles
14:00 minutes
6:43/mi avg pace (5:23 max)
8.9 mph avg.
167 bpm avg (191 max)

Also glad to hear dad is putting together some good workouts this weekend and that team Activedge had a great showing in the Tobacco Road Half Marathon this morning...love it when the weather is warm and spring training/racing kicks back in to full gear!
