Got back into practice today and played well. The hammy feels solid again- no more swelling or pain and rehab for strengthening continues every day. Today was passing drills, circuit, small sided games, then 11v11 in confined space and ended with 10x50 yd sprints. Happy to be back out there and staying positive as we work towards the weekend.
