As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Moving Up

Getting the fitness back up slowly and surely.

Morning track work out-
Warm up followed by a 6:30 mile and 2x400M repeats at 1:20 each. Very light but just enough for the leg at this point. Followed it with a quick pullers lift at the gym and rehab exercises. Off to bed early...tough getting back in a full routine so extra sleep needed.
