As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Tour on Point

I've found others crumbling around me this summer...losing people you are close to in life is tough...but training tour remains on point...a time for transitions.

Today's work:
Warmup followed by an uncomfortable 800M at 2:45 min. Then a series of 300 and 100M cut back sprints followed by 4 near-death 200s. Great to have BD to coach and Tyler to push as always...also cool to have the Duke Men's Basketball team come out for some of their fitness testing on the track with us.

After work Tyler and I got a meat head lift in. Click here for today's work out design. Especially proud of Tyler for reaching a new max on the bench this afternoon. Tough day personally but with time all things heal...livin strong.
