As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Not here to win...

I'm just training to get better- that's all it's ever been about. Despite commentary from the peanut galleries lately I'm sticking to my training and pushing myself no matter what anyone else says or does. That being said, very happy to have TZ here to push me on all stages....as BD said, he is a great addition to the tour.
Morning run- 1/2 mile hill repeats on the WaDuke trail- 4 total after a good warm up with the last one on an all-out push thanks to Tyler.

Following work today TZ and I also had a good lift at the gym:
Jump rope warm up, then
3x6 hanging cleans combined with 4x5 push press combined with lunges and TRX abs
DB pushup position rows combined with SL box jumps and 1 minute plank holds (weight added)
BB curls combined with competition L-up abs to failure

Also great to see Mer today and glad to have her back from her trip!
