As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Monday on Point

After a good weekend of a team style TT on the bike with the Jedi and a two mile run after to complete the Bric we were back on point this morning for continued training.
Morning run with the team before work:
Warmup
1x800M at 3:40 then 1x800M at 2:40. Definitely a good way to get tired before the 300 M repeats: 7 at 51 seconds (one 'rest' one at 55 seconds before the last set of two). Left it all on the track this morning and glad to have TZ there to push.

Afternoon lift also with TZ:
DB bench- 8, 8, 4, 6 working up to 75 lbs. Combined with goblet squats.
Then WG kneeling lat pulls combined with Med ball split jumps
3 sets of NG chin ups with weight added combined with DB tricep press
Ended with two sets of plyo push ups and dips with added weight.

Tour rolls tomorrow.
