As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Well-Rounded

Mondays are rough...particularly after a full weekend. Hit the track for 200M repeats this morning coached by Brian...ran the first one way too slow so Tyler and I made it up on the next five. In all it was a solid interval workout and happy to run the last one in 26 seconds.

Then went to work and finished the day with a solid pushers lift at the gym. Very happy to have Chad there to spot me- thanks for your help chief!
Bench press- 2x6 at 135 lbs. Then 1x3 at 145 and 2x3 at 155 and 1x1 at 165 lbs
Combined with 4 sets of jump rope at 100 each
Then 3x10 foam roller pushups combined with NG pushups along with 3x8 leg press working up to 205 lbs on each leg (for 410 lbs total)
Tricep burn- 3x8 rope push downs combined with skull crushers.
Ended with an ab med ball on decline complex

Came home and had a great meal made by Mom and then helped Tyler finish cutting the grass...a well rounded day of activity. Back at it tomorrow.
