As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Tuesday Slug

After a hard Monday, Tuesday didn't feel much easier.
Early morning sprint work on the Duke turf:
Warm up
400 yd shuttle x2 both at 1:08
Then sprint/jog combos on the 60 yd triangle
Ended with one last 400 yd at 1:05 (which I didn't feel like I achieved but Brian confirmed the time)
Headed to work and then hit the gym after for a pullers lift:
Hanging cleans 2x6 and 2x4 working up to 145 lbs
Combined with walking lunges 10 yds and back
Then NG side to side pull ups 2x10 and 1x12
Combined with sets of 12 hamstring let downs
SA cable pull downs 10x each arm
DB split press 3x6
Hanging knee ups w/ 8 lb DB between feet- 4x15
4x6 each arm DB hammer curls

Hard to rally with energy this afternoon but the work got done, looking forward to an off day tomorrow .
