
Got so busy this week found it hard to keep up with things!
Wednesday- fully off from fitness, just work.
Thursday- Track speed work in the morning consisting of 60 yd sprint, 100 yd sprint, 2x stadium 30 yard sprint...all repeated 6 times. Fully tired again! No lift
Friday- Morning lift and plyo work. Full body- 4x4 DB series combined with jump rope. Double box jump series combined with chinups to chest. Then ended with ring pushups combined with jumping slam med balls.
Then had plyo work with the team- runnerman series, vertimax, and twisting box jumps, as well as ladder and hurdle drills. Then 12x15 sec treadmill incline sprints working up to level 15 incline at speed 12. Fully tapped and glad to have Tyler there to help push through it. Pic with the team above.
On a side note, made a great bet with Meredith this week that she couldn't go 1 week without coffee....she is absolutely addicted and might lose what sanity she has left without it. Nonetheless, she's up for a challenge as always and I am looking forward to witnessing the greatness/epicness next week. Thoughts with Kalee this weekend as she flies out to CA for her much-anticipated class....safe travels and don't worry, it will be AWESOME!
Ended the week with a nice meal and evening with Chad...really great to catch up and hang with my good friend tonight.
