Maxes Continue

I was somewhat disappointed with today's maxes although I cannot complain since I have taken the last few weeks off to focus primarily on soccer and cutting unnecessary body weight.

Today's exercises:

Squats- 3x 265 and 1x 275. Same numbers as beginning of semester. Works out to a 290 1 rep max.

Bench- warmed up with 135 lbs. Did 155 lbs 1x easily. Went for it at 175 lbs and got it. Not bad considering I weigh 145 lbs now. Vertical test and pushups to come on Friday. Back to the study grind tonight.

  1. 175 is acceptable but not Edge or TBR status... need 200 by the end of the summer chief.. new goal
