As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Fully Active

That best sums up this busy Friday!
Had a great afternoon lift (disappointed over half the team was missing today....some guys for good reasons, others not so much...hope that's a trend that's not going to continue)
Ab routine warm up.
Incline BB Bench: 8 reps at 95 lbs, 2 sets of 6 at 115 lbs, 1 set of 3 reps at 125 lbs, and then a last set to failure (9 reps) back at 95 lbs.
Standing Irish BB Press- 3 sets of 6 at 65 lbs.
DB Arnold Press- 1 set of 8 with 25 lbs, 2 sets of 6 with 30 lbs.
Dips- Body weight 12 reps, 40 lbs vest added for 8 reps, and back to body weight for 12 reps
Hanging side to side leg raises- 3 sets of 15
French Curls- 3 sets of 6-8 reps with 45 lbs.
One set of 7,7,7 shoulder series

Then ran out of the weight room to hit the road for a 2+ mile run with Kalee. Today was her active rest day in preparation for conference indoor championships this weekend. Was a good chance to get out and get the legs loose after lifting. Then another quick round of abs followed by dinner. Jumped in the car and helped Coach Shaw's youth team with their practice tonight. Also had absolutely gorgeous weather here which I hope lasts for a long time! Worked on setting up my Twitter account today, looking forward to getting that up and going. Now back in the apartment and fully exhausted, looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.
