Leg Day

With the lifting routine revamped there are two upper body days and one leg day per week now. Today was leg day and the workout called for just about every type of leg exercise I've seen:
Ab routine warm up
Box jumps- 4 sets of 5
Squats- warmup at 185 lbs, then 3 sets of 8 working up to 245 lbs
BB RDLs- 3 sets of 8 at 105 lbs
BB lunges- 3 sets of 5 each leg at 105 lbs
Tuck jumps- 5 sets of 6
Standing SL bench lunges- 3 sets of 5 each leg.

It was a lot of hard work, especially after playing a tough indoor game last night. Beautiful weather here as well today, off day tomorrow and back to the gym on Friday.
