As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Tough Day...

both in the classroom and in the weight room. Studied very hard this weekend for a big accounting exam...it was tough so I hope it turns out ok. Then hit the weight room for a very tough afternoon workout with the team:
Ab rotation warm up
Bench press- 8 reps at 135 lbs, 8 reps at 145 lbs, 5 reps and 1 negative at 155 lbs, and back to 4 reps at 145 lbs. Much more pleased with the bench.
Hanging cleans- 3 sets of 6 reps working up to 135 lbs on the last 2 sets
Standing BB rows- 3 sets of 8 at 105 lbs.
Hanging full body pulls- 3 sets of 12 reps
Spiderman pushups- 3 sets of 10
Pull ups- 3 sets of 5-8 reps

Very tiring but pleased to see progress coming along in the weights.
Also a shoutout of congrats to Kalee on winning her third conference pole vaulting title this past weekend! Was great to watch and to visit with her family.
