As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Indoor Woes

In an effort to win the game tonight I gave up the battle to win the goal competition with Denny. I failed to realize that tonight would be a big turning point in the race for goals, but came in more focused on getting the win for the team (which I guess in the end is a better attitude). I had only one assist but it was a sweet one, and Denny posted enough goals to bring the margin to 7. I played defense for most of the game but had some good runs forward. We won 14-7. Is the individual tour over? No. Am I giving up? No...it's just going to be difficult. As for the team, I'm happy we sit atop the league with 3 wins, no losses. Back to lifting tomorrow.
