Week 3 Day One

Today we cycled back through our lifting rotation that we began last week.
Usual meathead exercises:
Ab rotation warm up
Hanging Cleans- 3 sets of 6 working up to 135 lbs
BB Squats- 3 sets of 8 working up to 225 lbs
BB RDLs- 3 sets of 8 at 95 lbs
3 sets of 15 push ups
Hanging leg raises- 3 sets of 15
Dynamax wall throws- 2 sets of 10 each side

Actually got pretty tired today- think it was due to a lower than usual pre-workout amount of fluids and substantially increased weights for each exercise. Also a shout-out to Chad and his family this week as I am thinking and praying for them with the ailing health of his grandma.
