Disappointment Continues

Trying to figure out what's wrong this week....just can't seem to meet the weights and goals I have set for myself.
Meathead afternoon lift:
Ab rotation warm up
30+ Burpees (which killed the guys haha)
Bench- warm up set at 115 lbs, 6 reps at 135, 3 reps & 1 negative at body weight (145) and back to 5 reps at 135 lbs. Not pleased...
Standing BB push press- 3 sets of 6 at 95 lbs
Bent over BB row- 3 sets of 8 at 95 lbs
Incline DB bench- 2 sets of 6-8 reps w 45 lbs DBs
Hanging full body pulls- w/ team mate holding feet, 3 sets of 12
Dips- 3 sets of 12
7,7,7 Shoulder series- 2 sets with 12 lbs DBs

Was also nice to get Nana and Pops' card in the mail yesterday and to catch up w/ BD on the phone...now back to the homework grind tonight.
