As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Clutch Teammates

Despite very icey conditions on the roads today I was very thankful Chad and Brian detoured their daily activity to pick me up here at the Zimm estate.
Went to the gym to embark on a tough work out.
Pushers:
Warm up pushups and tricep push downs.
Then BB bench combined with lance steps ups
SL "Sit downs" combined with seated DB shoulder press
BB skull crushers with standing cable row

Then jumped into a tough cardio rotation that Chad and Brian and Morven did earlier in the afternoon.
1 minute hard on the row machine, then 20 seconds light on the bike followed by hard (out of saddle) spinning for 40 seconds followed by planks for 1 minute. Repeat 4 times (with 30 seconds of transition between each exercise. Planks also had added 25 lbs. for the last 3 sets).

Tired by the end and glad I finished it. Thank you again to Brian for taking me home after work. Hopefully training will resume on schedule tomorrow with less ice on the roads.
