As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

First Week Complete

Great pullers lift at the Edge today:

BB (underhand) bent over rows combined with walking lunges
WG chin ups, shoulder shrugs, and SL "runner mans"
Then Hammy kneeling "let downs" and SA cable row
2 sets SA DB snatches, combined with hanging L-ups and hammer curls (final super set=very tough)

Brian had to head off to get work done on his bike, Morven finished up with her cool down, and Chad rolled in a little late but jumped right into completing the work out.

I hoped on the bike for a round of interval work so I could finish off with some cardio (same interval work Kalee did last night in her training).
Five minute warm up, then 30 seconds hard, 2 minutes spinning, repeat for 15 minutes, ended with a 5 minute cool down. A total of 25 minutes of riding for 7.7 miles at an 18.4 mph avg.

An excellent first week back to training, taking the next 4 days off to visit family in PA and then back to work on Wednesday. Looking forward to team Activedge dinner tonight!
