As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Wednesday and Thursday

The week has been moving so fast after fall break that its been hard to keep up!
Had a good game against Shenandoah on Wednesday night. It was a long trip and we played on a fast turf field. Sam and I came in with 8 to go in the first half and then I was able to play roughly another 20 in the 2nd. We won 3-0 and I am more pleased with my minutes than I was a week ago. Then a long drive back to CNU for a 1 am arrival last night and up early for my 8 am class this morning.

Despite our slip in the national and regional rankings this past week we are remaining optimistic. Here is a nice video clip of the team from the local news station up here.

We had a light practice scrimmage this afternoon and looking forward to our next game at home this Saturday night. Leg feeling good, staying optimistic.
