As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Saturday Win

Happy we were able to pull off a 4-1 home win against St. Mary's last night despite going down 1-0 in the first 5 minutes. We ended up tying in the first half and I played the last 3 min of it to give Lybert a rest. Then we scored 3 more quick ones in the first few minutes of the 2nd half and Sam and I came in to finish the last 20 of the game. I played well but was disappointed in my minutes in the first half, definitely felt I could've helped the team pull out of a rut.

Off day today, going to get some work done, go to church, and enjoy the weather. Back to the grind tomorrow in prep for a huge game against Salisbury on Wednesday.
