As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Rainy Monday

Another rainy Monday here in Newport News, but our team spirits remain high.
Had afternoon rehab followed by practice.
Was a very good training session, consisting of ladders, heading drills, dribbling drills, all followed by the usual circuit. We then jumped into small-sided games.
Then the storms hit, so we were forced inside about a half-hour early.
Nonetheless, I played well and the leg feels good (knock on wood) so I am looking forward to our huge regional game against Salisbury on Wednesday. Its been estimated that this will be one of our biggest crowds yet...with a win here we will be in a good position to host during the NCAA tournament.
