As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Two Games, Two Wins

First game Friday evening against Rowan University. Came in with 10 to go in the first half and played well. Only winning 1-0 against a team we should've been demolishing. Start of the 2nd half we put away 4 goals in a matter of 10 minutes, I came in and played about 15, then subbed out to give a few other players some minutes. Was a very good result for us.

Game 2 against a strong-willed Kean University team this afternoon. Came in with 10 to go in the first half again and played well, had two shots on goal that were stopped by a very good keeper. We out-shot them by 29-3 but were only able to pull off a 3-1 victory. We were up 2-0 when I came in but gave up and unfortunate goal off some poor back post defending on a long throw-in to end the half. Hard fought second half, disappointed I did not see any action, but glad we got the result and a late goal from our starting center mid, Brian Lybert, to solidify the win. Back to the grind this week, leg feeling good, hoping to pick up some more minutes as the season rolls.
