Tuesday Work
Afternoon rehab then practice:
Warmup followed by dribbling, ladder, and heading drills. Then circuit and half-field scrimmages. Ended with 11v11 in confined space and short distance sprints.
Very hot today, good day of work, leg feeling decent.
Keep at it, Michael. It will all pay off in the end. Don't give up on that rehab once you are feeling good again. I think it will serve you well. Love, MOM
