Tuesday Work

Afternoon rehab then practice:
Warmup followed by dribbling, ladder, and heading drills. Then circuit and half-field scrimmages. Ended with 11v11 in confined space and short distance sprints.
Very hot today, good day of work, leg feeling decent.
