Mid Week Intensity

Hard work today, usual pattern of events with circuit drills, possession games and shooting. Did hard sprints in the middle of practice and ended with a full-field game on the pristine game field. Leg still not 100%, rehab rolls, looking forward to the double header at home this weekend.
