As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Rainy Monday

Not a good way to start the week, but the soccer Tour must roll!
Mid-day rehab followed by afternoon practice:
Spent the first 1.5 hours watching game film from the weekend, good to see where improvements can be made for this big week ahead.
Last hour spent outside doing stretching and small sided games on the very wet grass- also good prep for Wednesday's potential game conditions.
This is also a very exciting time for the program as we look to receive a national #1 ranking (2nd time in program history, first time was last year) tomorrow after Calvin College lost this past weekend.

  1. You can thank my boys from my old alma matter for that one chief! Good victory for Hope College and a good start on getting back on the national scene where they were in my days of course... CNU taking over the #1 spot... very very dece
