As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

A Busy Muggy Day

That seems to be the best way to sum it all up. Very humid and wet today.
Afternoon rehab followed by a light and short practice:
Passing and juggling drills, followed by long balls, stretching, and small sided games. Good prep for tomorrow's game and the coming games in Texas this weekend.

It has been a very busy week. I am excited for these games but it is always stressful prepping to be off campus and miss two full days of classes. Also excited to officially receive our national #1 ranking today.
On anther note, we had a happy surprise this weekend with birth of Denny and Bridget's son. I went and saw them at the hospital with Kalee on Sunday night, everyone is healthy and happy and back on campus today.
CNU soccer tour rolls on!
