As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Friday Prep

Afternoon rehab followed by light pre game practice:
Warmup and team-style juggling drills. Then passing/ladder drills, small sided games, and ended with crossing game.
Disappointed the underclassmen can't seem to win the crossing game, which results in a tough round of "butts up" every time. Leg feeling dece, looking forward to opening conference play on Saturday night.
