Thursday Work

Mid day rehab and solid afternoon practice:
Very hot again today. Warmup, skill drills, small sided possession, working into small sided two touch games. Ended with a very intense round of world cup and abs. Leg feeling dece.

Also keeping Taylor Ray in my thoughts and prayers as she struggles through yet another injury. She is a great athlete and an even better person, I know she will work through it. Its unfortunate when these things happen, but as BD likes to say, we have to keep it all in perspective, soccer is just a small part of life. Hang in there T!
