As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Beach Training #1

Beginning of beach week with the family, but at least some training must continue.
AM run with Tyler, nice to have him back from his trips:
3.5 miles, first mile warmup with Nelly and Dad, then dropped them to put the hammer down for the next two. Overall a 27 minute workout in extreme humidity.

Then back to room for quick round of 50 pushups, ended with additional 12 clappers and 50 abs

Had a great frisbee session on the beach as well.

Chad and BD: you two have some explaining to do on today's happenings.
Other than that, all is well, happy to be working on my tan for a bit.
