Beach Training #2
Took Tuesday off, good run workout this morning with Tyler:
1.5 mile warm up, then stretch.
Then 1.2 miles hard, all out at the end. Came in at 7:20. Tyler is looking strong and will definitely be ready for Gibbons pre season.
Felt good, very humid, just glad to get a mid week run in.
