As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

"Week" Start

Not very dece but pleasing work out to a certain degree.
Morning track work out:
Mile warm up.
Then hard 6x600. Last one all out with BD, came in at under 2:00, around 1:49.
3/4 mile cool down.

Work at AE then mid day all body lift.
Bench press, 4 sets of 5 working up to 155 lbs. combined with Lance side lunges.
NG chin ups (sets of 5 with 20 lbs. added) combined with DB flies.
Lance step ups combined with SA seated DB press.
End with two sets of 12 L-ups for abs.

Have had better, have had worse, just need to keep working at it. Glad to have BD push me along.
