As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

End of week clutchness

Tyler refused to believe that today's work is my specialty:
Track speed work at Duke. Warm up and plyometric short sprints with various start positions and shuffles added in. Then sets of stairs followed by 9 hard 40 yard dashes. Dashes combined with pushups, abs, and burbees. Very dece work.

Then work at AE, followed by hard all body lift with BD. 4 sets of incline DB press combined with jump rope. Then Russian plate twists combined with flat ring pulls. Followed with three sets of L pull ups and plyo (clap) push ups on med ball. Also had 3 sets of squats, 6 reps worked up to 225 lbs. Dece but need to increase this weight by the end of summer. End with skull crushers. Great lift with BD, glad to end the week on a good note.

Also happy to celebrate my first week without officially cracking and the completion of Chad's first full week of training.
