As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Brick Day

Good work today. Morning work with fellow AE athletes, no personal lift, then roughly 2 hours of hard activity in the heat of the day.

Begin with Turkey Farm TT loop. 1st 1.75 mile warm up, then hard for the next 11.75 miles. Came in at a personal best 19.1 mph avg. Very dece! Pleased with my climb up Turkey Hill at a great pace, only disappointed by being caught at the Whitfield Rd. light for over 30 secs. which killed my overall time.

End with 3 mile run, 1.5 miles out and back. 9:00 min first, 7:20 second, end with 6:20. Again very dece. Nice work to Chad for coming with Zimm and BD, good pace sir.

In the end Brian retains yellow, with at 19.8 mph avg. over the TT. However he owes me lunch because he called going over 20. In the end, Lance is pleased, although in 2nd place (for now...)
