Yet again another week flew by! To recap:
Monday - quick lift in the gym followed by quick first half of practice including circuit work.
Tuesday - off day, coached Woodside practice
Wednesday - quick afternoon upper body lift consisting of bench, split press, dips, and shoulder raises.
Thursday - after exams, 2 mile repeat workout with Colin on the track. First mile light at 6:55, then upped the pace to 6:05 last mile. Coached Woodside practice.
This weekend is looking like lots of training in prep for the fast approaching Brunswick Forest Duathlon...updates soon to come.
