After a weekend of hunkering down and working on this cold I think it's finally on the mend (knock on wood). This week looks do-able for a work standpoint so I'm hoping to clock in on some mileage if the weather starts to warm up.
Today was the usual lift with the team:
Hanging cleans (working up to 155 lbs max), HR hip thrusts, single leg DB squats, pull ups, single leg triple threat, box jumps, and abs.
Hoping for more and more warm weather in the days and weeks to come.
