After a weekend full of surprises and birthday festivities for Mom's 50th, it was good to get back into a routine this week.
Monday we were back at it with a solid set of 4x600M repeats on the track. Glad Brian pushed it as the leg continues to heal for me. Today we joined up for 3 laps around the Duke trail fitness loop. Good again to get the breathing up and to push the leg through it. Still somewhat sore but rehab continues and I should be fully ready to roll by later next week for pre-season.
