Morning water workout at Hollow Rock coached by Brian with the team- a series of stretching, jogging, and plyo work in the poor really helped loosen up the legs and got me on point for the day.
After work a full bod lift at the gym:
4x6 hanging cleans combined with 3x100 jump ropes
Incline BB bench combined with decline russian twists
Med ball split jumps combined dips to fail
NG chin ups combined with 7,7,7 DB shoulder series
A solid lift and now off to bed...preparing for a good Friday of training and fun followed by the beach this coming week.
