As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Tapped Thurs.

Full grind this morning on the track:
Warm up, 400M at 1:18, then into the speed work. 60M sprint, 60M sprint, 120M, 120M then two full stadiums. Repeated 5 times minus the last stadium. Fully tired on that one, Kels pushed hard today and it was good to see everyone workin hard.

Gym this afternoon for the legendary Spartacus workout with Brian:
A series of DB exercises with as many reps possible for each in 1 minute rotations...repeated twice with two minutes of rest in between. Click here for an overview of all the exercises. Ended with NG chinups to complete fail...poor form and just going for pure reps...got to 26. Ended with a series of 6 inches abs.

And Mer good to see you as always this morning and this afternoon...glad the Bday was awesome...BD thanks for waiting for me this afternoon and pushing me through a good lift...tours rolling.
