Treadmill incline runs combined with bike intervals, row machine, and the elliptical. 2x1 min intervals on each machine. Showered and then off to work.
Evening pullers lift with Brian:
2x7 SA DB snatch combined with 4x7 hanging L-raises
3x6 hanging cleans combined with DB lunges
Rope curls combined with 3x4 ea. arm DB Arnold press combined with Dynamax decline slam balls (8 ea. side). Ended with one final set to failure of the Arnold press.
A good/efficient workout, glad BD lifted with me. Also was nice to see Peter who came by the gym for a quick visit today...glad to hear things are going well with him after graduation from W&M.
