Weight room before practice for a quick 20 minute utility lift:
Bench- 2 sets of 5 at 135 lbs, 1 set of 4 at 145 lbs and a final 4th set of 3 at 155 lbs
One set of BB curls
Three sets of 10 dips
Then hit the field for full field and small sided games...still working back into shape and happy to be playing in warm weather.
Classes are busy as usual, excited for the stress to end soon.
