This is the 5th week of classes and the 4th week of lifting so this week we dropped the weight back to work on form and range of motion.
Workout today:
Ab warm up
Hanging cleans- 3 sets of 6 working up to 105 lbs
BB Squats- 3 sets of 8 working up to 195 lbs
BB RDLs- 3 sets of 8 at 95 lbs
Hanging leg raises- 3 sets of 15
Pushups- 4 sets of 15
Ended with leg raising abs.
In all a good day of work, glad to be feeling better, now lots of studying to do tonight.
Not a fan of the new posted sign. Seems too cliche for me... like what should be posted in a girls weight room.
