As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Some Ask "What If?" I Say "Never"

No workout for me or the team today, a good day to take off and a chance to focus on school work. As for those who have been questioning me in light of the recent allegations against Lance Armstrong, all I've heard is "what if?" No proof, no confession, nothing. Lest you've forgotten what Lance stands for, take a moment to watch this video and ask yourself if a man like this should be pursued for wrongdoing. I refuse to accept that he could become the next fallen hero, the "next Tiger Woods." He won't. I choose to stand for what he stands for. Livestrong.

  1. In a sport where everyone is being questioned it seems pretty likely that he might be guilty. But...no proof. And you can't argue his dedication to those 28+ million survivors that now have hope when maybe there was none before. That should be capitalized and bolded LIVESTRONG. You can attack the man all you want, but not the organization and what it stands for..period.
