Legs Again?

Unfortunately yes. Legs were very sore from this week's activity already. I guess this is what the weight coaches want us to focus on since we're soccer players and I have no choice but to follow the plan given.
Today's lift:
Ab rotation warm up
BB Overhead split press- 3 sets of 6 working up to 105 lbs
BB Deadlift- 3 sets of 8 working up to 185 lbs
BB front loaded squats: 3 sets of 6-8 reps working up to 155 lbs
BB lunges- 3 sets of 6 each leg at 95 lbs
Hamstring kneeling let-downs- 2 sets of 8
Chin ups- 3 sets of 8

A challenging lift but glad Colin and I were able to push through it. Nice recovery meal and Panera and looking forward to some weekend rest.
