Day 1 Lifting

Our first team workouts began this afternoon following last week's testing.
First we began with an ab rotation and then went into the weight workout.
3x6 reps of hang cleans (working up to 125 lbs)
3x10 reps of squats (working up to 190 lbs)
3x8 reps of barbell RDLs (working up to 110 lbs)
3x10 reps of hanging leg raises
3x15 pushups
Ended with a set of standing dynamax twist throws (against the wall).

Good first day, legs will definitely be sore after today's work.
