Thanksgiving Enjoyment

After a nice training session on Wednesday afternoon, I found myself feeling quite sore for the last few days after lifting so much for the first time since summer. Chad, Brian, and I had a good pushers workout consisting of DB press, squats, skull crushers, and a few other things I've already forgotten! Also was a able to train a few clients on Wednesday before taking the next three days off to enjoy the holiday.

Back to school on Sunday for one final week of classes and then exams. But then I will be back on the 10th for a new training lineup for my month off.
