As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Home Opener

Good home opener game against Randolf Macon last night.
Had a great crowd and pleased that we pulled off a 4-0 win to kick off the season.
Came off the bench for Cliff with 15 min. to go in the first and was able to tally a nice goal to round of the scoring off a nice 1-2 combination with our forward.
Second half, came in with 25 min. to go and finished the game solidly.
The best news is that the hammy felt loose, not 100%, but much better than the game before.
Hopefully with time it will continue to re-strengthen.
