As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Game 1- Check

First game of double header last night against a very good Haverford College team.
They were well-coached and well aware of CNU's line up strategy.
Nonetheless, we were able to pull off a close win.
Came in with 12 minutes left in the first half, still tied 1-1. Helped to create new offense from the midfield and just before the end of the half Sam was able to make an amazing shot from 30 out to put us up 2-1 going into the break.
Played 15-20 minutes in the second half, rotated with our other two center mids to help keep fresh legs in the game. Game ended with a hard fought 2-1 win.
Coach disappointed in our play, but it was good for us to be humbled. Need to come out strong tonight.
