Morning run with BD and remaining AE athletes.
Warm up then 400 M repeats. 1st 4 under 1:10. Then last one at 1:05. Dece but more tired than I should have been. Good pacing by BD today.
Then mid day lift with Chad and BD:
Full body:
Bench (4 sets of 5, worked up to 155 lbs.) combined with 4 sets of WG pull ups
BB military press combined with SA KB pulls.
BB curls combined with overhead tricep pushers
Looking forward to rest of week!
